460 volts 3 phase is ideal but reefers will run on 400-500 volts 3 phase 30amp breaker in panel with 30amp disconnect close to unit. This is most common in commercial properties, warehouses, and industrial.

Then there is 3 phase that is 208-230

Transformer boots power from 208-230 3 phase to 416-460 3 phase

Single fade requires 50 amp breaker in panel and 50 amp disconnect close to unit

Duel voltage capability’s to step up from 208-230 3 phase to 416-460 3 phase.

We have units to accommodate single phase and that requires a 15 amp breaker, you find this in light commercial, residential.

You can add a Dual-Voltage Transformer to “step up” your existing power situation. This modular transformer option offers an easy means of adding dual-voltage capability — to step up from 230V to 460V.

If you are renting, we will include a transformer at no extra charge. If you were purchasing, you can purchase a transformer directly from us.

Dual-Voltage Transformer

Purchase: $3500

The modular Carrier transformer option offers an easy means of adding
dual-voltage capability — to step up from 230V to 460V. When specified,
Carrier systems may be fitted with mounting provisions for adding a dual-
voltage transformer at the factory, or in the field, as needed. The simple
bolt-in arrangement is fast, and the transformer may be optionally equipped
with its own circuit breaker. A high-voltage power outlet is included. As a
result, no wiring connections are needed inside the control box
